Once items are released in Korea, they will be promptly shipped and typically arrive at our store within 2-3 business days. Upon arrival, orders will be processed in the order they were received, and each order will be confirmed via email.

When you choose to combine regular items with pre-order items in a single order, please note that we will hold the entire order until all pre-order items are available for fulfillment. This allows us to ensure that you receive all your items together in one shipment. However, we understand that waiting for the pre-order items may not always be convenient for everyone.

If you prefer not to wait for the pre-order items and would like to receive the regular items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders. This way, you can receive the regular items without any delay, and the pre-order items will be shipped separately once they become available.
